Recent reports indicate that $478,381,766 is spent annually on fighting E. coli O157:H7 and, according to the American Conference Institute, “… many experts within the industry are predicting that food-borne illness will soon become the #1 cause of litigation facing the food industry.”

A Successful Fundraiser For the Highland Friendship Club

On Saturday, Dec. 5, Pritzker Olsen attorneys and staff turned out to support the third annual Lanes for Friendship bowling fundraiser, which benefits the Highland Friendship Club based in St. Paul, Minn. The event raised more than $32,000 in support of the club’s mission to “give teens and young adults with disabilities the chance to connect with friends – with and without disabilities – and create a typical social life.”
