Minnesota Bus Accident Wrongful Death Lawsuit
A wrongful death bus accident lawsuit has been filed by the family of a Plainview, Minn., woman who was killed in a tour bus accident in November 2009, according to reports from media sources 1 based near the location of the crash, just west of Austin, MN on Interstate 90. The lawsuit, filed by relatives of Rhonda Hill, 52, in Freeborn County District Court, alleges negligence on the part of the bus company and the bus driver.

According to the Minnesota Department of Public Safety, July Operation NightCAP (nighttime concentrated alcohol patrol) DWI enforcement campaigns resulted in 196 DWI arrests — the highest monthly total for DWI arrests in 2009.
“Arresting DWI offenders is a team effort,” says Lt. Matt Langer of the Minnesota State Patrol. “We all go out with the common goal of protecting Minnesota motorists by arresting drunk drivers.”
